Your insured (you if on the phone) enters the payment information and actively checks the “Accept Security and Delivery Fee” check box. The credit or debit card is charged in real time. Payment Made! When Do You Get the Money? All money is handled by our banking partner Moneris. 1. After closing, on the day the payment is made, the bank that issued the card funds the money into Moneris’ account. NOTE: If you have your depository account with either RBC Centura or Harris Bank, sister companies of Moneris, you will get your funding one day earlier – next business day. Simply Easier Payments and Moneris are partnered to help you provide better service to your tenants at no cost to yourself. What If Your Company Has No Web Site? We have a site that you can send your insured's to whether you have a site or not. My Insurance Payment provides an easy way for anyone to find your payment pages. This is an optional service. Your insured's can look you up themselves or you can link past the look up screens and take your insureds directly to specific payment page. Integration With Existing Systems Most insurance companies need to pass payment data between Simply Easier Payments and their existing back office systems. We do this using either a Web Service or a secure forms post. We can provide you with our standard API or we can send and receive data in the format most comfortable for your existing systems.
